How to find us
The Botanic Gardens at Poppelsdorf Palace (Palace garden) can be reached from Bonn Central Station via Poppelsdorfer Allee within 15 minutes by foot. The main entrance is in front of the Poppelsdorf Palace (Meckenheimer Allee 169). On weekdays you can also use the side entrance at Meckenheimer Allee 171.
The main entrance to the Useful Plants Garden is situated at Katzenburgweg 3, a small street turning off Meckenheimer Allee near the Palace garden's side entrance.

The Botanic Gardens can be reached by bus lines 601, 602, 603 from the central bus terminal (in front of the main station) and by bus line 631. You can get off at the bus stops "Botanischer Garten" or "Beringstraße".
The Botanic Gardens are easy to reach by car. However, we can't offer parking spaces to our guests, and there is only a limited number of public parking spaces in the neighborhood. Therefore, we strongly recommend travelling by public transport.
